These days, it seems as though every other wedding is featuring fun and zany ideas from the best man. From recruiting celebrities to help out with best man speeches to creating movie like videos depicting the story of the couple, there is no end to the amount of ideas that you can come up with. Claire Balding, John Bishop and Chris O’Dowd are just a few of the celebrities who signed up to help best man Stephen Henning to wish his brother Michael and bride Victoria on their special day!
McFly’s Tom Fletcher Sings Speech
An extremely touching moment, McFly singer, Tom Fletcher decided to serenade his wife instead of writing a speech. Before launching into the song, he said: “I don’t have any idea how to write a good speech but I do know how to write a song, so I hope this isn’t cheating my way out of it too much.” Aww! We think we could forgive him!
Maid of Honour Rap
This may actually be the coolest speech we’ve ever seen, bonus points if you’re an Eminem fan! Jennifer Gabrielli from California decided to rap her entire speech to the tune of ‘Without Me’. Impressively, the rap is extremely fluent and surprisingly touching. Towards the end she says “love you bigger than the sky”, something she mentions her family always say to each other.
