Chicken liver and brandy parfait, red onion marmalade, toasted brioche and chive snippets
Smoked mackerel, smoked haddock and saffron potato terrine, horseradish crème fraiche and salad fennel
Spiced butternut squash and coconut soup (V)
Main course
Pan roasted chicken supreme, Anna potatoes, batons of fresh vegetables, button onions and a tarragon and mushroom jus
Rose of haddock fillet with a parmesan, lemon and herb crust with crushed new potatoes, wilted spinach, prawn, caper and beurre noisette
Crispy gnocchi and sweet potato pearls with garlic, tomato salsa, fresh parmesan and basil oil (V)

Lemon and lime posset, fresh raspberries and homemade shortbread
