hi my name is grace o Sullivan and i had the honor of marrying my wonderful husband in ballyroe heights hotel in tralee on the 21st of July 2011. we had originally planned to marry on the 27th January 2011 but i had suffered a miscarriage on the 8th of January so unfortunately we had to cancel i thought then , after all that had happened we would lose our deposit and have to start all over again but ballyroe were so understanding and told us we could hold onto the deposit and keep it for when we decided we were ready to go ahead with it, this was a great relief for myself and my husband and we knew then that this was the perfect hotel for us . mark and the staff did everything they could for us and nothing was ever too big for them. as a bride u want to know everything is going to go perfectly and look perfect and i must say not once did i ever have to double check with them, the room was stunning the food was amazing and the hospitality towards our guests was outstanding. our guest only had great things to say about the food and the staff which only made the day better for us. mark is one of the nicest men u will meet and goes over and beyond for his guests and this follows through even after the wedding, this is the only hotel i would ever consider holding any kind of function and hopefully in another few years we will be renewing our wedding vows and have another amazing day at ballyroe heights hotel.

many thanks
grace o sullivan
