From the first moment we met with the management of Ballyroe Heights Hotel to when we checked out on the day after our wedding everyone we had dealt with could not have been more accommodating.
When we initially met with Jonathan we were supplied with a wide range of options in terms of food and drinks menus to chose from and from the outset we were informed that the structure of how the day's proceedings were to run would be left for us to decide, we were given loads of helpful suggestions from Jonathan on how things typically happen on a wedding day with regards to times and so on based on he's experience and with this information we were able to go away decide on which food and drink options we wanted as well as confirming how we would like the day to proceed.
On the day of the wedding the management and staff were excellent in working in conjunction with, the cake company, the band, DJ and all the other external individuals involved in the day's events and there was nothing but positive feedback from each of them.
The meal was also excellent and all previous dietary requirements which were highlighted were adhered to which was deeply appreciated. The food was served promptly by well trained staff with no delays to any of the tables.
As our wedding was a Kerry / Dublin one we had family and friends from Dublin staying in the hotel the night before and after the wedding and the friendly service extended well beyond just the wedding day itself resulting in each and every one of them having a wonderful stay.
We could not complement Ballyroe Heights Hotel enough and would recommend anyone thinking about getting married to consider hosting their wedding at the hotel.
