We had our wedding in Ballyroe Heights Hotel in Sept this year. I cannot find a single bad thing to say about the staff, management, food or accommodation. We had an excellent day. All our guests enjoyed the day, food and stay at the hotel. In the months and weeks before the wedding the staff and management quickly and politely responded to all our questions and queries. With all the work that is involved in planning a wedding I can honestly say I never had any concern about the reception. I am a coeliac so gluten free options were important for me. Jonathan at the hotel worked with me to ensure I had what I wanted. The gluten free finger food was delicious. I was also very impressed with my beautiful trio of gluten free desserts. Nothing was a problem for the staff and management. Thank you for ensuring we had a great day.
