We had our wedding in Ballyroe Heights Hotel on the Friday the 30th of october this year, i can not thank the staff and management for everything they did for us, they went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly for us. Mike, Jonathan and Mark where there to answer any questions we had, from planning our civil ceremony to deciding what menu was best.
We held our ceremony upstairs in the summit room, the views are amazing and even though it was a grey showery day the day we got married, the room looked amazing, Mike told us when to enter into the room and put my dad, myself and my bridesmaids at ease, he was excellent.
I cannot tell you how amazing the food was, we are still meeting guest and they all complement us on our menu, the soup and passionfruit sorbet is a must and the sea-bass and beef where so tasty and there was more than enough with the waiters offering seconds on everything. My nephew whom is 4years old asked for fried onions with his dinner and the lady that was looking after the kids table went out of her way to get them for him. Our bestman was totally at ease with the help of Mike telling him when and what to do with his speech, he made everything run smoothly.
The next day at check out we where meet by Mike again and he was so helpful, helping us put things into the cars and making sure everyone was looked after. We cant recommend Ballyroe Heights Hotel enough, they really are a standard above everyone else.
Thank you so much for making our day so special and one we will remember forever.
