Stoke Park Estate has a recorded history of 900 years and is one of the “Small Luxury Hotels of the World”.
On your wedding day guests can enjoy drinks on the magnificent South Terrace, dine overlooking the famous tiered Fountain and dance the night away in the elegant Ballroom. Wedding Receptions can be catered for up to 144 with a sit down Wedding Breakfast and up to 200 guests for the evening reception.
Stoke Park is licensed to hold Civil Marriage Ceremonies, which means that you can take your vows in one of our three licensed suites, the Fountain Room, the Ballroom or the Repton Room plus Fountain Terrace for outdoor ceremony. Every room is beautifully and individually decorated with fine antiques and works. They all offer breathtaking views across historic fountained gardens and “Capability” Brown landscaped parkland.
At Stoke Park, our experienced Wedding Co-ordinator, Michele Connelly, will be delighted to guide you and help plan every aspect of your special day to the finest details. Michele will work closely with you and your family. She will ensure that every last detail is accounted for and finalised to your requirements.
First-Class service for all your catering needs will be skilfully prepared by an experienced team under the leadership of Executive Head Chef, Chris Wheeler, former Group Head Chef for Jean-Christophe Novelli.

Michele helped shape our day. Every step leading up to the big day, Michele gave me timely prompts and guidance on what I need to do by when. Our interactions include phone calls, emails and two coordination meetings leading up to the wedding day. Communication was warm, timely, clear and professional. She was always responsive to even my tiniest little queries. The 12-page detailed function sheet (by the minute) she prepared for us to go through at the coordination meetings saved me days and nights of work and took so much stress away - really appreciate that. She was patient with the last minute changes and updated the function sheet several times till it's final and ready for the big day.
During final coordination, Michele invited her catering manager Kasia and toastmaster Roy to meet us, who were both lovely, and they reassured us that "we don't need to worry about a thing!" Kasia was so sweet and capable and took care of us all day long, including making sure food and refreshments were perfect and she even helped us arrange the gifts for our guests. Roy Austin, our toastmaster, ran our day with so much style, liaising with the suppliers and key guests and gave me prompts throughout the day so that we stick to the timetable. He has experience hosting many high profile events around the world so no wonder! All the staff were great - attentive and professional, always have a smile on their face on the day.
Our memories are of a perfect wedding day. Everything went according to plan by the minute.
