With 100 bedrooms, including many family rooms we are also able to offer special rates for your guests to stay over.

The Suite is ideal for wedding celebrations with air conditioning, natural daylight, ground floor access, bar and its own cloakrooms. It also has its own foyer for that red carpet entrance.

With only one wedding being held on any day you will be looked after by all the team from the time of booking through until you leave us on the morning after your wedding.We tailor make packages to suit your specific requirements offering everything from the civil ceremony to the wedding breakfast and the evening reception and even a family Sunday Lunch the next day.

The hotel has a civil licence making it an ideal location to host your entire wedding day.

Menus are bespoke to your requirements from roast dinners to something more out of the ordinary. On booking you and your partner will be invited in to the hotel for a complimentary food tasting.

big day was lovely. The Registrar attended for the Service at the Hotel, then our celebrations began which I can only say was truly unforgettable and ran without any hitches. Tina and Dean, the Manager were on hand all the way through from entering the Hotel, until we climbed the stairs to our room where our last surprise was waiting, as our room had been decorated with artificial Red Rose petals and Two Swans sat at the foot of our bed, made from our towels. Nothing had been too much trouble for any of the team from the young lady who met us on the Reception desk, to the Ceremony that Tina came in for, it was trying to get her to go home that was the hard part, as i knew it was her day off but she wouldn't leave until she knew it had gone according to plan and she still messaged me in the evening to check everything was ok and Dean took over when seating us in our beautifully dressed room, which Michelle from Nice Love and Wishes had done for us, but that's another story.
Dean continued to be our support through the whole evening until we said our goodnights and again the next morning when we came down for our breakfast, Dean made sure we had everything we needed, up until we walked out of the main doors to go home.
All these words will never express how the Stuart and its team made our day perfect. We will never forget any of the details and hopefully we will be able to celebrate with them in another 30 Years xxxx

everything in order and running smoothly all day, I can honestly say it was perfect, I would recommend it 100%. All the staff made us feel very special, the food was perfect, everything was red hot when served. All my guest had a wonderful day, everyone commented on how well it went.

Myself & my Husband were married 13 years ago in Africa & always wanted a UK ceremony for friends & family here. first place we viewed & there at the meeting I decided I wanted to go ahead & have our wedding there!
We booked the date for 5th May 2019, Tina was brill we were e-mailing each other all the time, she was so fast at responding to all my questions & nothing was ever too much! We had a taster meal one evening there to sample the wedding menu, we were so impressed food was incredible, cheesecake is to die for & we met Simon who would be in charge on the day, he was very professional & helpful.
Myself, Maid of honour, my Mum & my Daughter stayed the night before the wedding we had a lovely night there before, nice & relaxed, staff made us feel special & couldn't do enough for us!
On the day it went smoothly thanks to Simon, we had our ceremony there & the room was beautifully decorated for us.
Lovely pimms & canapes for afters & then the wedding breakfast, it was so good 55 of us in total, service was great food came out quickly & was just as good as at the taster, room was beautiful again, attention to detail was just perfect. My Husband & I felt so special! Then was onto the reception, DJ was really good got everyone on the dance floor, buffet was superb. We had our own bar so no waiting to get drinks. All the staff were so friendly & helpful! The amount of comments I've had from family & friends on how fab the hotel/food/whole experience was! Quite a few of us stayed over that night too our bridal suite was gorgeous decorated with rose petals, swan towels on the bed & lots of other goodies, another great night sleep followed by the best breakfast! As soon as my fiance, Andrew and I met Tina we knew we'd have our whole wedding day at The Stuart Hotel. We went to the hotel when there was a wedding fayre and even though it was 18months until our big day, we picked our colours and theme there and then.

tweaked and changed items from the Wedding Packages to suit us, it was totally flexible.

Michelle from niceloveandwishes provided the sashes and table decorations etc and she was as easygoing as Tina and great at guiding and advising with little details.

Tina constantly kept in touch and as we chose the afternoon tea as our wedding breakfast Andrew and I were invited to try this in advance so that we could change anything if we wanted to - but it was all delicious. We were also introduced to Simon who would be our contact on our wedding day and he inspired as much trust and ease as Tina.

My sister and I stayed the night before the wedding and I used that room to get ready as our ceremony was late afternoon. I was a bit worried I'd have to change rooms, but Tina put my mind at rest and I knew that I wouldn't have to worry at all.

I was totally relaxed, had a brilliant ceremony and everybody commented how relaxed and chilled I was - they'd never seen a bridge so relaxed!! This was down to Tina, Simon and all of the staff. The afternoon tea was loved by everybody and our gluten free guests were catered for with ease.

The hotel disco was fantastic. We could request any songs in advance or ask for particular songs not to be played and we just danced all night. Even the staff commented on how many of us were dancing and they really enjoyed it.

The wedding room was lovely, rose petals scattered around, towels folded into swans, just magical.

Lots of our guests stayed over at special rates and we all went down to breakfast the next morning, some with sore heads, but all saying what a fabulous time they had.

We used this hotel for our whole wedding day, the staff were absolutely fantastic, service was absolutely amazing the whole day was just perfect.... The rooms were fantastic everyone that stayed at the hotel said the same..... We cannot thank the hotel enough for everything they did for us.
