HOTEL & WEDDING VENUE SOUTHPORT

The Vincent Hotel in Southport is a stunning and modern wedding venue in the North West of England. Situated on Lord Street,  the Vincent takes comfort and personal service to new heights – all within a fresh, stylish and contemporary interior. We look forward to taking care of you.

The  Grand Galleria, our beautiful function suite is situated on the first floor.  You and your guests will be treated to a black carpet entrance in the Hotel Foyer before ascending the mirror lined staircase, or lift up to the first floor. 

To the right of the staircase you will find the Vincent Cocktail Bar, which has been furnished in a cool contemporary style with an extensive cocktail list, our signature Porn Star Martini is a must.

Directy across to the Grand Galleria your guests will walk down a corridor lined with petals and Hurricane Lanterns before entering the Suite.  The Galleria has its own private bar and lounge seating at one end with a large balcony runing  the length of the Galleria Suite, with floor to ceiling windows providing natural daylight. The balcony overlooks Lord Street and offers a brilliant opportunity for those all-important group photos. 

With the beautiful Victorian bandstand outside  the front of the hotel for guranteed pictures come rain or shine. 

The room itself can accommodate a maximum of 150 guests seated for a 3 course wedding breakfast or alternatively the room can be divided down to accommodate smaller numbers.

From small intimate wedding receptions for 10 guests or grand affairs up to 180.  The room is divided down by beautiful white voiles all in keeping with the quality and style of the hotel.

We are fully licensed to host Wedding Ceremonies, in the Grand Galleria suite or Penthouse for smaller groups. With a black carpet down the central aisle and a scattering of petals to create that romantic feel, the beautiful white voiles make for a perfect back drop.  

Guests can relax and enjoy a glass of fizz in your own private bar area before moving across for the wedding breakfast.

We take food seriously, with a variety of menus to choose from we can cater for all your guests needs using the finest quality ingredients and produce.

On to the evening Celebrations, we can open up the whole room for up to 180 guests, or if less numbers you may only require three quarters of the room. With late bar facilities until 1am. You can arrange your own entertainment or we would be happy to provide a list of recommended suppliers.

For the evening buffet you can choose from one of our traditional buffet menus or the option of a fluid buffet with items such as mini fish and chip cones, mini burgers, bacon barms.

Once the celebrations are over, sink into one of our super comfy beds from a luxurious V Residence room to the pure luxury of the Penthouse suite, with its very own balcony and hot tub.

Full English breakfast is served the following day in the V Café and Restaurant between 7am -10.30am.

The V Café & Restaurant is open all day, from 7am – 9pm, with award winning food and the best sushi around.
