You are working with brides and grooms every day. What are your favourite wedding trends of the year so far?
Sweetie buffets have been really popular this year. It’s a great way of showing off your personality in a creative way and is also a nice treat for your guests. It doesn’t have to be sweets, one of my brides loved baking so she made different types of cupcakes to go on her sweetie buffet.
What do couples love most about your hotel? 
Exclusivity.
The fact that we don’t take another wedding on the same day means that all of our care and attention is solely focused on their special day and of course couples love that.
Beales Hotel is such a stunning location, what do you love to show off to couples who come in to your hotel?
I think just the hotel in itself. It’s so modern and contemporary with the glass, mirrors and unique artwork around the hotel that it gives people that wow factor immediately. I love bringing couples into the Buckland Suite and hearing how much they like the open space and freshness of the room.
The day of a wedding must be busy and exciting in Beales Hotel after months of planning with couples?
It is! I love coming in the day of a Wedding and feeling the buzz of what’s to come and making sure is everything how the couple have envisaged it. It’s a great feeling to see everything come together that you’ve worked so hard on planning. The best part is seeing the Bride’s face when she comes into the room.
