Leading wedding venue The Bingham is excited to announce the launch of a new summer wedding package available throughout Spring and Summer 2015*, perfect for couples looking to host their nuptials al fresco to make the most of the venues romantic riverside location.
Couples can share the pleasure of a chilled-out, English summer wedding with a barbecue reception in the Bingham’s enchanting modern riverside garden where couples can wander, children can play and wedding guests can mingle. Guests can be treated to thirst quenching Pimm’s or Beer when they arrive on the sundrenched terrace. Let them mingle and laugh while the aromatic smells of charcoal-grilled food drift out over the waterside – an evocative sign of summertime, when the living is easy!
Guests will be able to tuck into a selection of meats, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Choose from Scottish beef, lamb cutlets, tiger prawn skewers, scallops in shells, Spiced Tofu brochette with sweet chilli and coriander glaze, Halloumi and Courgette Skewers. With a selection of salads and side dishes, such as Mixed Organic Leaves, olive oil dressing, Wholemeal Couscous Taboule, asparagus, whole baked potatoes.
Pedalling all the way from the dairy, is Matt Benecci Ice Cream Co with their vintage 1920’s ice cream tricycle to cool you down in the twilight garden. Guests can choose from six delectable flavours served in either cone or dish. Weddings and Civil Ceremonies take place in the elegant Garden Rooms, Terrace and Garden – a series of three interconnecting spaces that can be hired individually for intimate weddings. The rooms can also be merged into one large venue for parties of 90 seated guests or 150 standing.
