“It’s so great to see all our work and preparation coming together for the event. We work with an external company called Main Weddings and Events to plan and organise these events. They deal with the suppliers and ensure that we showcase the services and hotel to the best advantage. Hanbury is such a special venue we love to show its many facets to the couples planning their day.”

“We try to ensure that we showcase everything the potential bride and groom might want; to make their day is as special as possible. We can organise private show rounds, menu tastings, and arrange meetings with our in house wedding coordinators.  They take great delight in working closely with the brides and grooms to create a truly memorable occasion whatever their individual taste and requirements. Hanbury encourage events of all kinds – religious, ethnic, secular, same sex, white weddings or civil ceremonies.”

“We love meeting the couples and sharing their excitement during the preparation of their special day.  It is extremely rewarding discussing their ideas and turning them into a magical event that reflects their personalities.  Great support is vital to create a unique tailor made event and the Hanbury wedding coordinators liaise with the couples to organise all the elements of the day so the bride, groom and guests can just relax and savour the experience.    On the wedding Day itself we have a Bridal Concierge to assist the Bride.  They provide personal assistance and alleviate stress wherever possible.  We also have a dedicated banqueting manager who supervises the operational side of the event.”

“We love showing couples all the different wedding venues that Hanbury can offer.  The stunning Poles Hall with its vaulted ceiling and minstrel’s gallery can be set for the ceremony or the wedding breakfast and adds real grandeur to the occasion.  For the more informal setting Garden Court is a self contained option with  its own conservatory, walled garden and even bedrooms for the quests.   There are also smaller options – the Drawing and Conservatory with stone fireplaces and oak panelling offer views across the golf course and are perfect for the smaller affair.  There is something to suit everyone.   The golf course and the spa can also be incorporated to offer the guests a memorable weekend.”
