Surrey’s leading wedding venue, The Bingham, has just launched its new autumn/winter wedding menu. And we know all you ‘foodie’ couples will be raving about its mouth-watering array of options.
Renowned Head Chef, Shaunak Singh, uses fresh, seasonal, and ethical ingredients to create vibrant and visually pleasing dishes. The award-worthy menu options promise to bring your taste-buds to life, including; a delectable starter of seared hand dived scallops surrounded by roast pumpkin veloute, potato gnocci, glazed root vegetables and parsley oil; a main course of creedy carver duck breast with crispy leg croquettes, vanilla and celeriac puree, braised red cabbage and potato fondant drizzled with duck sauce; a dessert of opera cake with chocolate ganache and white chocolate ice cream; and more lip-smacking choices.
In addition to the hotel’s new menu, weddings at The Bingham now offer more flexibility than ever before. Taking advantage of the property’s prime waterside location, the new bespoke fitted terrace canopy will allow guests to enjoy the gardens and breathtaking view, regardless of the weather. Come rain or shine, you and your other half can clink cocktail glasses as you toast your new marriage surrounded by your loved ones. Banishing the worry of winter weather, the canopy is available for all weddings taking place between the months of October and April.
Wedding Packages at The Bingham start from £105 per person, with Autumn Winter Exclusive-Use of the property from £15,000, including use of all fifteen bedrooms. Late availability for both New Year’s Eve 2017 and Valentine’s Day 2018.
