Traditional Static Display
Traditionally hawks and falcons are taken from the “mews”, their overnight quarters, and put out to “weather” each day on the weathering ground. Let us recreate this traditional falconry scene for your wedding falconry experience. We will bring a selection of our fantastic birds of prey to display (“weather”) at your venue and your guests can view and hold the birds while finding out all about the birds, falconry and its history. Your wedding birds of prey display will be a mixture of owls, hawks and falcons.
If the weather is not at its best we will have the birds in a covered gazebo, which we will provide, and guests can see and handle them under cover. If the weather prevents guests from coming outside to see the birds, can convert to the Falconer’s Cadge and bring some birds indoors. If we have agreed to bring some owls then they can be brought in singly for your guests to admire and enjoy.
