as the big day approached proved that no detail would be forgotten.

On the day, our toastmaster George, the catering staff, and everyone else involved went above and beyond for ourselves and our guests. Having our September wedding on the hottest day of the year was one thing we couldn't have planned for, but the attentiveness of the staff made all the difference, keeping the arrival drinks cold and opening an extra air-conditioned space for our guests to cool down just beside the terrace. George made us feel special throughout the day and enthusiastically helped us include a game and a song performance during the wedding breakfast. An older family member of ours was unable to attend until the evening due to the hot weather, but upon our request his three course meal was served hot when he arrived, which we cannot praise the catering staff enough for.

Overall, throughout our entire experience with Chilworth, nothing was too much trouble. Along with the beautiful setting it provided for our wedding day, this made it the perfect venue choice for our reception.

helped to perfect the plan for our ceremony and celebration. She has gone out of her way to change things to suit our guests special requests.

We met George 3 days before the wedding and immediately felt that the event was in very safe hands with our host. He made sure we were exactly where we needed to be and when. He even took control of the ceremony music for us. George interacted with our guests and had everyone laughing, cheering and applauding, he was fantastic and it would not have been the same without him, what a character!

Our wedding breakfast was a real talking point. The food was even more delicious than it was at our tasting session. The portion sizes were very generous and everyone was happy. The kitchen, waiting and bar staff all did an amazing job and everything ran like clockwork.

We were extremely lucky to have a gorgeous sunny day so we were able to use the outstandingly beautiful grounds for some amazing photographs, which we will treasure forever. Luckily we live fairly close by and we can visit the grounds whenever we like. We will be sure to make the most of these opportunities and will definitely recommend Chilworth Manor as a wedding venue.

The planning process was managed by Evie and she was absolutely amazing with ensuring we had what we wanted and was thorough when arranging our requirements. The communication was fantastic and it was reassuring to know we could email her whenever we had any queries.

When the big day came, everything was well managed and run smoothly. George was lovely and no ask was too much for him to fulfil. The only negative I can add about our day was that it went way too fast! If I could rewind time I would do it all again as it was an absolutely amazing day and I thank those on the wedding team at Chilworth for that. Our day was so much more than we could have ever imagined and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves too which is an added bonus.

Throughout our wedding planning process, communication with the events team and our wedding planner Phoebe was so easy! They were always on hand and really quick at getting back to us whenever we had any questions or worries! Nothing was ever too much trouble!! In the lead up to the day, we felt extremely reassured and were in constant communication with the hotel! We had final details and handover meetings with our wedding planner and the team and we really felt our day was in safe hands!

On the day… it couldn’t have been smoother! Both myself and the groom got ready in the hotel as did many of our friends and family and everything was brilliant! There wasn’t a single fault with the entire day! All of our guests said about how well the day flowed! Alex was in constant contact with us throughout - making sure we knew everything that was happening & we were kept informed at every stage! Anything we asked for was done straight away! And the food was even better than when we went for our menu tasting!

The hand over before the day meant that this could happen and they helped me think of things I would not have thought of previously. They also left us champagne and rose petals on the evening when we went back to our room which was a really lovely special touch. They communicated with all the retailers we used.
The food was absolutely delicious and they were really flexible with us so that all needs were met and we could have what we wanted to eat.

One of the standout aspects of Chilworth Manor Hotel is the exceptional service provided by the staff to name a few, Hannah, Kevin aka Steve, Evie, Keegan and Harry. Special mention to Claire and Alex for overseeing our day and ensuring everything went perfectly. From the initial planning stages to the actual day of the wedding, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

The wedding ceremony was held in the GK Chesterton and reception was held in the beautiful Coach House . The space was elegantly decorated. The staff did an excellent job of setting up the room according to our preferences, and they took care of all the little touches that made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting.

just as we would want and our wedding coordinator Hannah made this incredibly easy for us. She was fantastic through the whole planning and all the way up to the finishing of the wedding, she made sure that any questions we had would be answered and if we had any requests she did everything she could to make sure these were catered for and for that we could not be any happier with her attitude towards everything and her professional presence. As well as Hannah being fantastic so were the rest of the team in the hotel, we were fully catered for and were extremely pleased with the positive attitude everyone had. Our wedding day went perfectly with everything running smoothly thanks to the hotel staff, the food was absolutely delicious and we have made it clear we will definitely be back again for more meals because of this. We had been detailed a man from the venue called Juan as our master of ceremonies who done a fantastic job, we were also told he spent 2 days learning how to pronounce our last name just to make sure he got it spot on for the day and let me say he did absolutely brilliantly. Our Wedding Day took place on 15th July this year and it was such a magical experience from start to finish. The weather was perfect, and the staff took care of our every need, from decorating the Coach House and the Lord Selbourne suite beautifully to the Hog Roast and BBQ and evening reception.

representative to help prepare and plan for the big day. From day 1, Hannah has not only been an outstanding liaison between us and the venue, but she frequently went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met (there were a lot of needs). My Husband and I live in Montana, USA, and had to plan everything over phone and email. Hannah was always quick to reply and was extremely flexible considering the diverse time zones.
The venue was absolutely stunning and although I grew up and lived just around the corner, I couldn't have imagined a better place for a wedding. There were plenty of chances to go through details the day before with the team at the venue and everything was planned so we knew exactly what was happening and when. The food was delicious and our guests commented on how well fed they were. We also had many guests that had food preferences and allergies which were all catered for due to the mass amounts of planning and communication from the venue staff. The grounds were also perfect for photos. The service and organisation on the day meant that the whole day ran smoothly and stress free which was a relief for me, the groom and my parents. This meant we could enjoy the day much more than we thought. The venue was also perfect for our guests that had travelled from different countries, as they were all able to stay the night and get a much needed breakfast the next day. The rooms did get a little too hot at night but the wedding was lucky enough to coincide with a heatwave. The evening entertainment gave enough time for everyone to let loose. moment that all she wanted was for us to have a wonderful wedding. She listened to our brief and delivered everything we wished for. She was clear in her communication, helpful with our decision-making, and listened to every small detail we wished for. Without fail, every guest mentioned how beautiful the venue was and how great all the staff were on the day, and we can only agree with them.

On arrival, the sun shining meant we were able to have our welcome drinks on the terrace and gave our guests a chance to see more of the beautiful grounds which really made our day.

Vincent was our wedding coordinator on the day, he was very professional and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day which we are very thankful for.

The coach house decorations were through Luminique Events recommended by the hotel. They did a stunning job, and I would recommend using them when getting married at Chilworth.

The food was spot on. The canapes, wedding breakfast and evening hog roast were the best. All the food was served quickly and on time throughout the day and evening. So, we would like to send a big thank you to the chefs and all the waiters. You were brilliant. They covered all dietary requirements, we had some more complicated requirements, but nothing was much bother, the chefs covered everything.

Mrs Bouquet, run by Micah Marshall, did our wonderful flower arrangements in the coach house. She did an amazing job. She is a local supplier and recommended by Chilworth hotel.

We also booked a surprise singing show with Sing out Waitresses and Waiters who pretended to be part of the Chilworth Hotel staff by dressing up as the waiters. Chilworth Manor was happy to accommodate this and provide

availability on the day we wanted. Communicating with Hannah in the run-up to the day and getting everything planned was simple and easy and so stress-free. Everything we wanted was in place ready for the day and we were able to go into the room early that morning to set up which was helpful to make the day run as smooth as possible.

The reception itself was amazing, it was a simple sit down lunch but the food was lovely and the staff were so attentive and friendly. We cannot sing their praises enough. They made sure we had drinks when we needed them, the food was served when we wanted and it was all hot and tasty. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and we got some lovely photos in the gardens. No one wants to talk about price but for a simple sit down lunch to celebrate a special event, Chilworth Manor is really good value for money. Unlike many other hotels that we contacted, Chilworth Manor had no charge for the hire of the room. We just selected which menu and any added extras we wanted. It was a beautiful stress-free day which we absolutely loved. We cannot thank everyone enough for making our day so special.

Revenue Office Manager) at Chilworth responded very quickly to any of our emails in the extra two years we waited. She even helped me out with a surprise stay for my husband! James and I had our taste menu a few months before our wedding and it felt so special. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves, the food was spot on and it didn’t taste any different on the day. We met with Jo a few days before the wedding to have a final run-through, which took some weight off our shoulders.

There was a bit of rain that we had to contend with, but Clair worked marvelously along with our photographer to ensure we had plenty of space …

and light to start photos inside the hotel. Luckily it cleared up a bit in the afternoon so we had a chance to sneak off for some extra shots outside, in the hotels beautiful grounds. We are now so excited to get all our photos back as we are really pleased that we will have such a variety of photo locations! So all's well that ends well, even with the rain!
We had countless guests comment on how delicious the food was, and how generous the portion sizes were too! Favourites were the arancini canapes and the sticky toffee pudding dessert!
The whole day went so seamlessly, and that is all down to the professionalism of your team.

We only have positive things to say about our Wedding at Chilworth but if we could give any feedback for improvement it would be that perhaps when the guest arrived they could be pointed in the direction of the terrace, our guests started ordering at the bar without knowledge there were already drinks laid out on the terrace, and the timing of the Wedding breakfast, it ended up taking longer than envisaged so our evening guests had already started arriving before we’d finished. We appreciate there can be delays and this in no way had a negative impact on the day, it just delayed the party starting!

We are so pleased that we chose to have our Wedding at Chilworth, it was everything we wanted and more! We look forward to visiting again.

Josh was the coordinator on our wedding day. He was so friendly and professional and ensured the day ran smoothly.

The waiting staff particularly Joseph and Lucifer were brilliant. All the food was served quickly and at good intervals throughout the day and evening. They were all happy to help throughout the day with any requests.

The food was so good. The canapes, wedding breakfast and evening buffet were all great quality and the sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Mass catering for events can make it hard to establish good quality food but that is definitely not the case with the chefs at Chilworth!

The coach house decorations were through Luminique Events recommended by the hotel. They were beautiful and I would highly recommend using them when getting married at Chilworth.

The DJ-Jeff was also booked through Chilworth and did not disappoint. He made sure everyone was up and dancing throughout the night.

Finally, I would like to thank Josh (again), Johanna, Claudio and Claire who looked after my father when he became very unwell in the evening. They were supportive and very caring during and after the paramedics arrived. Nigel the manager was very sympathetic in the morning and wanted an update on my father's condition. He was very generous ensuring that my mum and I were cared for. My Dad has made a full recovery!

I would highly recommend getting married at Chilworth Manor. It is an amazing place to get married in regards to the beauty of the house and the wonderful staff.

And Our Wedding Day was just perfect from start to finish, not one thing went wrong and that’s all because of the staff at Chilworth! They went above and beyond for us to ensure our day was perfect! Nothing was too much trouble! I had 3 members of staff looking for scissors right before my ceremony because I had ripped my dress on the way down lol, and they all rushed looking for some.

It was like a true fairly tail, the grounds were perfect, the rooms were outstanding, all our guest couldn’t believe how beautiful it all was! Everyone complemented the food, we had a lot of comments of “the food was amazing, and there was loads of it too!” Everyone was just enjoying themselves which is what we wanted especially after the few years we have all had.

I can assure you we all had some sore heads in the morning but was definitely worth it for the day/night we had it was a day to never be forgotten…So thank you we will treasure it forever!

We’d like to just point a certain staff member out, I’m not sure if he’s a waiter or an events organiser but if I remember correctly his name is Lucifer, a young lad.
Well, he was absolutely amazing from start to finish Jo, he made sure everything was how we wanted it from the music to the speeches to the evening, he made sure every last detail was perfect, he was always around when we needed something, he was quick and officiant, friendly and went out of his way to stay until the end to make sure everything ended well. He was absolutely brilliant and a massive asset to Chilworth. His manager should be extremely proud of his commitment to his work because he was outstanding.

We are extremely thankful to you Jo, without you saving us a few years ago from the chaos of Botleigh, we would never of had such a perfect day, we probably wouldn’t of had a day at all! You’ve been our fairy godmother and we are forever thankful to you! Chilworth is absolutely beautiful and our experience there will forever hold a special place in our hearts, none of it would have been possible without you.

soon as we arrived, we were looked after straight away and throughout the duration of our stay. They could not do enough for us. We had a lovely ceremony room which held approx. 63 of our day guests and the atmosphere was just amazing.

For our evening reception, we celebrated in" The Coach house " which was so spacious, and beautifully decorated. All our family and friends commented on how amazing it looked and the hotel staff did too.

We had a good choice of food laid on for our wedding breakfast and for our evening reception. We would recommend the BBQ buffet as our day guests said just how tasty it was and how there was a good variety of choices.

We would recommend any couple who are thinking of getting married soon to get in touch with the hotel and speak to Jo. She will make your day so special. If you like to party in style, then we suggest you go for a glitter light-up dance floor! WOW!

Right from the very start, the team couldn’t do enough to help us book our wedding at Chilworth. But, nothing was too …

much trouble. We had to move our wedding from last year because of Covid, but Jo was amazing in keeping us calm and helping us secure a new date for 2021. We couldn’t have held our wedding without all her support and guidance. Jo has fantastic knowledge and ideas when it comes to planning a wedding. The government had issued new covid restrictions before our wedding, so we asked Jo many questions, but nothing was ever too much trouble. We met with Jo a week before the wedding to talk through the arrangements for the day. We also met Will, who would be looking after us on the day.

The day itself was amazing! Will couldn’t do enough to help us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We honestly had the most amazing day at Chilworth, and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.

Even on Sunday, we had our room for breakfast with our guests, and Antony was brilliant! He was so friendly and made sure all our guests had everything they required.

If anyone is considering Chilworth as a wedding venue, we can’t recommend them enough. The staff are just excellent, and the grounds are stunning and provide lots of fantastic photo opportunities.

journey to the aisle. She was always available to answer silly questions, and was never fazed - even by last minute changes we had to make. We never felt panicked or worried that something was going to go wrong, as we felt so assured that Jo had it all sorted out.

Most of our guests chose to stay at the venue itself over the weekend, and it was wonderful being able to see them on the evening before and the day afterwards. Everybody said what an amazing location Chilworth Manor was, and how grand the place was. Quite a few used the gym and spa facilities, and others went for a walk in the grounds, and it was lovely for us to hear they'd had such a relaxing and fun weekend.

We have a few picky eater friends and family, but absolutely everybody commented that the wedding meal was delicious - what more can you ask for?

Will was looking after us all day, ensuring we were never without our favourite drinks, and checking in with us throughout the day to make sure we were on track and we didn't need to alter any timings. We can't express thanks enough for how well we - and all our guests - were taken care of throughout the day, and in fact over the whole weekend.

The private room for breakfast the morning after the wedding was a particularly nice touch, as it gave us a proper opportunity to say thank you and goodbye to everyone before they took their leave. The wedding was everything we wanted, and more, and the photographs show just how stunning the venue is.

Thank you so much to all the staff, from the girls who brought us breakfast to the Bridal Suite in the morning, to Jo and Will who were supportive throughout.

On the day itself it was the hottest day of the day year so far, which meant we decided to bring the wedding breakfast forward half an hour to get guests sat down into the aircon room, this was no problem for the team at all. Food was brought out on time and pipping hot with many guests stating it was the best food they had at a wedding reception ever!

The day literally couldn't have gone any better, everything was set out and done as per my requests. The staff were helpful and ensured we all had a great day!

After attending multiple open days at other venues, getting quotes and spending a fair amount of time reading reviews, we were still on the hunt for a suitable venue in southern Hampshire. We attended a wedding open day event at Chilworth Manor in February 2018, luckily for us we found the ideal …

venue practically on our doorstep.

We had an initial meeting a few days after the wedding fayre to get quote and a tour around the venue. We were very impressed with the venue and the package cost was very reasonable. Our wedding coordinator Georgina was a pleasure to work with and very prompt with replies to any queries that we had along the way. The Chilworth team organize a meeting with the bride & groom around three months prior to the big day, to ensure that everything is planned down to the last detail. This is essential for the whole day to run as smoothly as possible and results in a very happy bride and groom on the wedding day.

Our ceremony was in a local church so we cannot provide any feedback for having your ceremony at Chilworth. As we arrived on the grounds the red carpet was laid out, a very nice touch, we were welcomed with arrival drinks. Our guests enjoyed the outdoor terrace area whilst we were having our photos taken. Our reception room, the Lord Selbourne, captured everything that we wanted aesthetically. The day & evening food was amazing with many of our guests telling us how much they enjoyed it. The turnaround from day to evening was seamless and all in all it was a fantastic day which exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the bridal suite which was definitely worth the additional cost (only £70 to upgrade).

If a great location, beautiful grounds, excellent value for money, quality food and service are all very important factors to you, Chilworth Manor is definitely the venue that you have been looking for. The events team were fantastic throughout the whole processes and were truly a joy to work with.

We chose Chilworth Manor for our wedding after attending a wedding fair at the venue. We were lucky enough to be able to get a date in June (booked in October the year before) and even luckier on the day with the fantastic weather.

whole planning period with contact mostly by email along with a couple of face to face meetings.

The hotel worked very hard to provide us with sufficient Vegan choices for the wedding breakfast. The original menu options only had a single main dish that we could have (trio of vegetables, which we did not like when we tasted it). They offered another choice of gnocchi, which turned out to be excellent and was the dish we chose. They also provided a vegan gluten free dessert (Sticky Toffee Pudding), which was not on their normal menu either. The evening buffet was also extended from the normal choices to provide some Vegan alternatives.

The GK Chesterton is an excellent ceremony room with bay windows that look out over the grounds providing the perfect back drop for the bride and groom. The only slight issue would be that the seating arrangement ends up with 3 on each side, which can lead to guests being split.

The Lord Selborne room was a great choice for the main function room as it had direct access to the terrace area, which was well used because of the lovely weather. The room comfortably held our top table and 6 other round tables. In the evening there was also plenty of space for the dance floor and the buffet just across the corridor in the Herb Garden worked very well too.

On the day the manager, Adam, ensured that everything went smoothly and there were no issues at all from our point of view.

booking date all the way up until handover, believe me there are a lot of questions that come to you in the middle of the night that need addressing, she was able to answer everything and if one of my odd requests was a bit out of the box she was happy to investigate for me. We chose a different option to the standard wedding breakfast menu, we went for a roast dinner and I have to say I was extremely impressed, everyone's food was hot, arrived the same time and was a good portion size (not piddily sample size) The running of the day went pretty smoothly and Kata our wedding day Co-Ordinator was brilliant, he was there when you needed him and worked in the shadows when he wasn't. He insured the day ran smoothly and made sure everything was in place for the turn around's. Chilworth Manor (Georgina Place) was excellent in her knowledge and planning and really took her time to go through the whole day in great detail and listening to our ideas and trying to fit them all in.
The quote was simple and straight forward to understand and no shocking extra costs, once we agreed on a set-up. Having our wedding and ceremony all in one place was also very well managed by Chilworth Manor (Vali), they were always one step ahead and at no point did myself or my wife ever need to ask or check what was happening.
The food, both for the breakfast meal and the evening buffet was exceptional, all our guests commented on how nice and plentiful it was.

Jo even helped dress the coach house reception suite on the morning of the wedding with our table decorations and favours - everything looked perfect!! On the big day, everything ran like clockwork. We were greeted at the door by Jo and Vali before going out to the beautiful grounds to enjoy drinks and canapés on the patio. Vali then led us to the coach house suite for the reception. The food was absolutely delicious and we had a number of comments from our guests about how nice it was. Adam also helped look after the food service at the reception and both Vali and Adam worked very hard to make sure everything was in order. Vali asked if we wanted a separate room for our guests for the breakfast the next day which was a very nice touch!

We would like to extend our warmest and deepest thank you’s to all at Chilworth Manor for making our wedding such an amazing day. And a special thank you to Jo Bennett who was our planner/coordinator building up to the day.
We booked a summer Saturday and had the Lord Selbourne for our ceremony …

and Coach House for the reception to comfortably accommodate the number of guests. We also used Luminique for some of the decoration and chair covers, which Jo matched perfectly with our colour scheme.
Numerous meetings throughout the months and plenty of advice via email and phone was very welcomed as we are a young couple and not really familiar with wedding setup. The menu tasting was fantastic and we found it difficult to choose, especially for 80+ guests. Jo was on hand every time we visited the venue and gave us every bit of knowledge she could which benefited us immensely.
Once we had selected the menu and received a room layout from Chilworth, it was time to sort the final details. We arranged with Jo to come and decorate a table the day before and even deliver our whopping cake, which was no problem at all.
The whole day went without a hitch and we met Adam the day before, who would be our contact throughout the day. He also deserves a special thanks as he correctly timed the ceremony music and ensured the rooms were turned around/set up correctly. Adam also announced us into the wedding breakfast and introduced the speeches etc.
The evening reception was just as great. We used the resident DJ and the team were very accommodating, even with our 10 person photobooth.
All in all, it was an amazing time with family and friends in amazingly luxurious settings and grounds.
Would we recommend anyone to get married there? Unquestionably yes!
Even before the wedding when people asked “where are you getting married?”, and we replied Chilworth Manor, the responses were WOW that’s going to be great.

challenges from the outset. Our Wedding Coordinator was simply amazing throughout our whole experience having to liaise & plan, communicate & deliver with minimum involvement with the Bride to be.

Our Coordinator Jo, put any reservations to rest as her whole team at the Chilworth were truly exceptional, everything went like clockwork. As my Bride Louise was flown in by Helicopter Jo’s team were on hand, our guests were out to the rear of the venue as the Helicopter buzzed over to land, all the staff ushered guests to their seats shortly before the landing & upon arrival, the Bride was greeted, allowed to compose herself with her bridesmaids before making her grand entrance, due to the well organised staff to hand I cannot thank them enough.

From the Ceremony to the reception we were greeted by a really friendly team who totally coordinated our Wedding Breakfast without a hitch, not one complaint from our guests. Ashleigh & Alex made sure our wedding breakfast came out piping hot and with very generous portions indeed, nothing was too much for the staff, any table which needed more gravy more veg etc it was all delivered with a smile, the way it was all synchronised was second to none you could have put music to it all.

Our evening buffet was plentiful & truly amazing as the presentation was spot on, I would definitely recommend the Hog Roast for the evening. As the evening wore on it had been clearly a long day for all, I was impressed how attentive the staff still were as the evening drew to a close.

We both agreed we had had our Wedding at the Perfect Venue indeed.

On the day we were extremely well looked after by Valli who could not have been more attentive. He was extremely calm and professional and ensured everything was catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. Many guests commented on how helpful he was. His team worked so hard and always had a smile on their faces.
The food was plentiful, hot and served promptly and efficiently, and tasted amazing. The accommodation was perfect and the extra touches in the bridal suite were appreciated.

The hospitality continued to be first rate the morning after when Valli met us on our arrival for breakfast and checked we were ok. A lovely touch was letting all our guests enjoy breakfast together in a separate room.

All in all a first rate experience. Beautiful grounds provided a lovely setting for our guests to relax and us to have some wonderful photographs taken. Attentive staff, excellent food and service ensured our wedding day was perfect.

Our sincere gratitude goes to Nathan, Joe, Adam, Alex, yourself and your team for making what could have been a disaster, a wonderful day to remember at the very short notice of our wedding.

Your team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect and more so for us, along with many of our guests who attended the wedding reception, the Lord Selborne room lights just added to the ambience. In addition for those whom stayed at the Manor, helping them reorganise their accommodation with some upgrades was a great comfort.

Your hospitality was superb, the chef organized and reproduced our pre wedding meal, wedding breakfast and evening buffet which was well received. Your team were extremely pleasant, hardworking furthermore so professional at the Manor from your reception ladies, waiting and bar staff, to your area managers. Outstanding! The complimentary bridal suite was wonderful, with the extra touches of the bubbly, swan towels and rose petals which were most appreciated, plus the view and cleanliness of our room was exceptional.

Being able to have a separate dining room for breakfast with all of our guest, the morning after, was lovely and relaxing allowing us to continue with the celebrations.

The kitchen, also the waiting staff, especially Adam and Alex, deserve a medal for working as hard as they did to meet everyone’s expectations on Easter Weekend at such short notice.

Our biggest thanks goes to you Jo, the highest above and beyond working ethic we have ever met. You really have truly made a devastating disaster, into something joyful which will always be remembered.

It truly was a magical day on Saturday. Everything (weather included) went really well and made the day really special.

made all the transitions very smooth, they made it a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived as well as our guests who all noted how they were greeted with a drink.

The meal was spectacular and amazingly delivered, we cannot fault how quick and efficient everyone received their food, all our guests enjoyed it too and it was top quality service. We want to thank the flexibility the team showed towards our guests, who had some demands, which your team met, we were very grateful how it was dealt with.

The evening was lovely, again the team was very quick in getting the room changed round fast which made the evening reception really simple and easy. Everyone enjoyed the buffet food and had a great time the DJ was really good with the variety of music he played.

Thank you Jo, so much for the organisation it really was a fantastic day we are so, so happy with how the day went we would not have changed anything.

My husband and I got married here on 21st April 2017. From the very first time we went to visit, Sarah made us feel welcome and we knew she would ensure our day was perfect. She remembered who we were whenever we bumped into her at various wedding fayres, had so much patience with us when we were …

being indecisive and offered her advice every step along the way.
We had good access to the room to drop off favours, etc. and the room was set up beautifully, exactly the way we h...ad wanted. On the day, Joseph was our wedding manager. He was brilliant, working from first thing in the morning until last thing at night and he was always visible, ensuring all of our guests were comfortable and happy. The team were fantastic, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.
The food was something I worried about, having been to places before where it wasn't very well managed. The food was all delicious, cooked perfectly and served at the same time. Our guests were very impressed and still keep complimenting the food!
The venue is beautiful. Our photographs look incredible in the grounds, it's definitely something we will cherish forever. The rooms are stunning, especially now they've been refurbished. We had the most perfect day, it was better than we were expecting it to be and the team had a lot to do with that. They had everything under control so we could enjoy ourselves.
I would strongly urge anyone who is planning their wedding to come here.

perfect, and everything went smoothly. Joe did a brilliant job, please thank him for us. He was always visible and around, always checking we were okay and had a smile on his face (even though he must have been crazy tired)! His presence was a reassurance itself, he deserves a medal for his hard work.

Everybody was so impressed with the venue and all of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, even Rob serving our parents in the main bar at 2am

Family and friends commented on the high quality of food received and the service given.
Chilworth Manor Hotel is situated in lovely grounds and we were able to get some nice photos.
It was a privilege to be staying in the Bridal Suite which had just been decorated which was a nice spacious room.

We also wanted to say a massive thank you Taurn for making sure our Grandad was looked after through out the stay he turned poorly on our wedding day and spent the whole time in his room in bed. He kept asking how he was and even arranged for his meal so we could take it too him in bed. My mum ans step dad could and us not believe the custmer service from him, anything we requested he was on it and sorterd it.

Morning Sarah

Me an andy are just getting ready to pack for our honeymoon but we couldn't leave before saying the biggest thank you to yourself, David and everyone at Chilworth for the amazing day you gave us on Friday.

since you stepped into your role. You were always there to answer questions and happy to help - we couldn't have asked for a better point of contact; also Jo has been a great help too!

Also could you extend our thanks and parents thanks to David.
We didn't get to see him yesterday morning when we checked out but he made our day run smoothly and without a single glitch or problem. He was brilliantly calm and helped wherever he could - we have loved to have thanked him in person but sadly he wasn't there when we left.

Lastly we want to extend our overall thanks to anyone who had a part to play on our day. The waiting team were brilliant and operated brilliantly on instruction and everyone commented on how great the food was so please pass our compliments back to chef.

I have copied in the feedback email onto this email of thanks as I cannot find a contact email for your general manager but please do forward this on to him as we think you were all a credit to the hotel and should be recognised for all your hard work.
