and stress free. The communication between myself and Sian was easy no matter how little the question was, Sian would reply within that day. Most Monday morning she would go into work with a full list of questions that had been going through my mind over the weekend and by the end of the day they would all be answered. The food tasting was a lovely touch would defo recommend that. About a week before the big day I went into the venue ran through any last minute questions and had a run through of how the day would go. Up until the night before and about 2 hours before the wedding I was still in contact with Sian just making sure everything was ok her end and she put me at ease straight away. The day itself went perfect from arriving to walking down the aisle to the reception was amazing. All my guests commented on how nice and hot the food was even the evening buffet the food was delicious and loads of it. You would never think this venue is in the middle of Cardiff town. My grandparents said how comfortable they were at the venue and that was a big thing for me they didn't feel overwhelmed at all. The DJ in the evening was fab and played any music you would want. We all never danced so much at a wedding. Another perfect touch was waking up the next morning and going for breakfast with all your family and friends who stayed the night and having a breakfast and catch up whilst nursing your hangover. Parking has never been so easy to park overnight in the city centre plenty of parking spaces at this hotel. I would 100% recommend this venue and staff for a wedding or a function in the future. They can not do enough for you and the venue is beautiful. xx
