The refurb is out of this world, it is absolutely stunning and from the rooms, to the main areas of the hotel & the grounds, every design & detail is to a very high standard. We were blown away, as well as our family & friends.
Every staff member at the hotel were just amazing, they were so friendly and attentive you can tell they are so passionate about people and working at Mar Hall. The food was so delicious, canape's, wedding dinner, buffet, everything tasted fantastic.
Our wedding day went without any faults, it was flawless from start to finish. The setting, the venue, the food, the staff, the atmosphere, everything was perfection. Our day was everything we hoped for and more.
We can't thank our wedding co-ordinator enough for everything and all the staff at Mar Hall, including the two Alan's, Stevie, Arlene, Lucy and every single person who was a part of our wedding day, thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day so special. We will never forget it and we can't wait to visit again next year for our anniversary.

We brought down all our wedding accessories on the Thursday before, and Samantha was able to keep these in a safe space and ensured they were all placed correctly on the day of the wedding.
All staff were super friendly and accommodated the bridal party the night before. A huge shoutout to Zak who was working over the three days of our wedding. Anything we needed he was sure to see to.
The wedding day was well-organised by Mar Hall. Samantha controlled all of my suppliers and checked in on us the morning of. She was present the entire day and ensured everything went perfectly.
The canapés served during our drinks reception were amazing and there was more than enough for all of my guests as I had previously been to weddings that quickly ran out of canapés.
The meal was incredible, I was always told that the food at Mar Hall was always amazing and this lived up to our expectations. We had 120 day guests and the kitchen was able to get food out all at the same time and perfectly catered to everyone’s dietary needs.
The front doors of the hotel were closed for renovation. However, Samantha ensured all scaffolding and signs of renovation were removed and the doors were dressed up with flowers that fit in with our wedding theme.
Overall, I had such an amazing experience and our wedding vision was truly exceeded. Our guests were absolutely obsessed with our beautiful venue and I would recommend the Mar Hall as the most perfect place to get married.
