The staff was so kind and we felt very welcomed. We had no idea what we were doing or how to plan a wedding and they helped us organise a perfect day. My one bit of feedback would be that they could respond quicker to emails. We had a few occasions where we were waiting weeks or months for a reply (but we were planning very much in advance).

the bad news that the whole catering team had to self-isolate due to one of the teams having Covid and they were trying to organize new staff which isn’t easy when most of the hospitality around the UK is in short supply. Managers brought in who helped rapidly sort it all out.
A special mention to Joanne, who even calmed me down with champagne when I had a dress malfunction less than 30 mins before the ceremony - long story!
