The Mercure Hotel st Helen’s, with its fantastic location, is accessible for all. My husband and I have family who travel from as far as Somerset to this absolutely stunning venue.

The lighting, decor and huge open spaces really enhanced our wedding day

We had our wedding here on the 18th July. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Special thanks to Rebecca, who worked hard behind the scenes planning the day and then handed us over to Jodie for the wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble; she even catered for our son's ceremony entrance. …

Jodie was always on hand and made sure the day ran smoothly. She even helped when my dress bust and wouldn't fasten.

The ceremony room & the pyramid suite were absolutely beautiful, everything I had hoped they to be. The food was delicious and there was plentily of it to go round. The hotel room was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable.

We could not have wished for anything more. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Mercure St Helens for your warm welcome & professionalism throughout our stay and on our special day.

thank them enough. We met them the week before the party to go over all final details and again they couldn't do enough for us. My husband and I are really grateful. All our guests commented on how lovely the staff were and were amazed at the wedding buffet food. One person said it's the best wedding buffet food they have ever tasted. Thank you so much for this. I didn't catch the names of the 3 ladies in reception but I wanted to say that they were great and they couldn't do enough for us. All around, it was a great party and Mercure St Helens has amazing service! All the staff are a credit to Mercure St Helens and I will be sure to recommend you all. I would like to thank Mercure St Helens for our lovely stay at their hotel over the weekend. I got married on Saturday, and all their staff were lovely and very helpful. One staff member stuck out to me, and he was a gentleman called Claudio. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help us, …

and he took time out to talk to the little boy who was with me. He is such a lovely person and a great member of staff who you should be proud of.

Also, a great thank you to the chef. Everyone complimented the food in the day and the buffet in the nighttime.

Had my wedding here in June 2019, the day was perfect wouldn't change a thing!
