We would highly recommend this hotel and it is worth its money too. The food was amazing from the wedding breakfast to the nighttime buffet.

day and night celebrating amongst our friends and family, with the staff being incredibly polite and smiley. You are a credit to St. Helens!! You're all amazing and the day went well, no mix-ups, and incredibly attentive to those with allergies.

Had our day here at the St. Helens hotel, it was amazing from start to finish. Everything was exactly how we wanted it to be, the team were amazing and sorting out and throughout the day! Would definitely recommend this hotel for your day.

thank them enough. We met them the week before the party to go over all final details and again they couldn't do enough for us. My husband and I are really grateful. All our guests commented on how lovely the staff were and were amazed at the wedding buffet food. One person said it's the best wedding buffet food they have ever tasted. Thank you so much for this. I didn't catch the names of the 3 ladies in reception but I wanted to say that they were great and they couldn't do enough for us. I would like to thank Mercure St Helens for our lovely stay at their hotel over the weekend. I got married on Saturday, and all their staff were lovely and very helpful. One staff member stuck out to me, and he was a gentleman called Claudio. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help us, …

and he took time out to talk to the little boy who was with me. He is such a lovely person and a great member of staff who you should be proud of.

Also, a great thank you to the chef. Everyone complimented the food in the day and the buffet in the nighttime.

Had my wedding here in June 2019, the day was perfect wouldn't change a thing!
