Flooded with natural daylight, The Garnett Room is a modern and contemporary space, seating up to 80 guests, allowing plenty of room for your grand entrance.

A beautiful and well organised day. The staff were very polite and helpful, on reception and around the hotel. I didn’t personally get the opportunity to meet the owner of the establishment, but he arranged for free transfer to the lake for photos and included a bottle of champagne. This was very …

much appreciated as the photographer only had a small car. The views are amazing for photos and we got some amazing ones! The waiters during the wedding breakfast were lovely and made sure we were well looked after. It was fantastic to have full use of Winstons barn all day, especially as it was a small group. Great value for money all round and we enjoyed the activities included in our package. The only downside was a 10:30am start at the spa the following day. In hindsight we should have asked to alter this, but we missed the first few hours due to packing up and checking out. It took longer than anticipated. Other than that, a very enjoyable and memorable time.

We had looked at a few venues before deciding on the Coniston, and it was the best decision we’ve ever made! As well as falling in love with the venue, we both felt that’s the …

coordinators really cared, something which they certainly showcased on the day.
From enquiry, to booking, and throughout planning, the wedding team were always super quick and helpful with answering our questions (even just general wedding queries...I had plenty!).
I had no worries that the team would look after everything on the day. As soon as I handed over the decorations the day before the wedding they looked after everything. They set up the room exactly how I’d imagined and they made sure everyone was in the right place as the right time.
So many guests commented on how good the food was, and many said it’s the best meal they have ever had at a wedding.
The evening team were also amazing! Dave really made sure we were looked after and that we had both had a drink in our hand!
Everyone says that on your day little stuff will go wrong and that’s ok, but I can genuinely say that it was perfect, which truly is testament to the Coniston hotel wedding team.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The canapés, the starter, main and the dessert WOW! Chocolate brownie was a massive hit with everyone! Our guests all gave us great compliments about all of the food.
The Coniston Hotel is such a gorgeous setting and we are so pleased we chose here to start our life together and celebrate with our family and friends. The views were such a hit with all of our guests and with us! It is simply stunning inside and out.
Thank you Coniston for making our day so perfect and making our dreams a reality!
We will remember our special day for the rest of our lives together and we will definitely be visiting whenever we can!
