time we visited the Hotel to assess its suitability for us until the day after our wedding, our requirements were promptly and effectively addressed, nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they made us feel very special indeed. They are clearly very experienced in wedding arrangements as their Planner meant that no small detail was forgotten or over-looked. The quality of the food at the Wedding Breakfast for our party of nearly 60 guests was exceptional and the rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. We looked at a number of other venues before selecting The Manor but none came anywhere near comparable in terms of charm, beauty and character of the building and gardens and the truly great value for money that the Wedding package offered.
If I could give more than 5 Stars on this review site, I would without hesitation.
I recommend it whole heartedly and I take this opportunity to thank Paul (the Manager) and his entire staff for making our day so special and memorable.

quickly transformed the beautiful venue to accommodate and even found us a beautiful upstairs room for photographs - so much so we barely even noticed the rain!
We received so many compliments from our guests and particularly regarding the wonderful venue and delicious wedding breakfast and evening buffet. The chef was so accommodating and the menus for our guests who are vegan, gluten free etc sounded most tempting! We were so pleased to be able to take advantage of the Baron's Hall, The Morning room and Minstrels Gallery to comfortably accommodate our 120 guests and the three areas worked together so well. It is such stunning venue and yet it has such a homely and cosy feel which really helped to create a welcoming and intimate feel to the day. We really couldn't have wished for a better day!

and canapés on the lawn, we were lucky with the weather and our guests were able to play lawn games. We took advantage of having a master of ceremony at our disposal, he was fantastic. Myself and my new husband were well looked after and all of our guests knew exactly what to do and where to be when. I would highly recommend having one at all weddings. The food served on our day was delicious, the chefs easily catered to all our dietary requirements.
Although we didn't have exclusive use of The Manor we were made to feel as though we did, nothing was too much to ask. We had sole use of a lot of the function rooms meaning our quests could move around, yet no atmosphere was lost, I put that down to taking their advice on how to set up the rooms.
The suite we stayed in was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely spacious.
Jess our wedding planner, was organised, always available via phone or email and very knowledgeable in here role. Louis on the day was in charge of operations and has an expert eye for detail, his knowledge of The Manor is outstanding and has a wonderful skill of always turning up when you need something. He was very attentive and had a way of making you feel important. Just how a bride wants to feel on her big day.
A huge thank you to everyone who worked so hard on our day, we had a wonderful day and our guests have told us it's one of the best weddings they've been to.
