Nestled on its own island, Walton Hall stands majestically as a Georgian Mansion, surrounded by a serene lake. Our 63 exquisitely appointed bedrooms offer splendid views of the encompassing lake, woodland, or golf course. To add an extra touch of romance, we even have a charming hideaway cottage nestled within the hotel grounds.

When we started looking at venues, we weren’t really sure what we wanted. We ended up visiting Waterton and fell in love straight away. We started attending wedding fairs here and took our parents to have a look. We booked on our second visit. The location is just perfect.

A Perfect Wedding Day at Waterton Park Hotel & Spa – 10.05.2025

Her calm, reassuring presence made the planning process enjoyable and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day.

The venue itself is breath-taking, with the stunning surroundings of the lake and Waterton Park Golf Course, which gave our special day a magical feel. We were extremely happy with the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception catering, it was absolutely exceptional, with every course beautifully presented, piping hot and full of flavour. The gluten-free meal was handled perfectly, and it was clear that the team took every precaution to ensure it was both safe and delicious.

We also worked with the hotel’s in-house DJ, who went above and beyond by tailoring the music exactly to the playlist we provided. It created the perfect atmosphere for the evening and kept everyone on the dance floor!

We stayed overnight in the Honeymoon Suite - waking up to the peaceful view over the lake was the perfect way to begin our married life.

If you’re considering Waterton Park Hotel & Spa for your Wedding, we couldn’t recommend it more highly. It’s a beautiful venue with a dedicated team that genuinely care about making your day unforgettable.
