The team communicated with us every step of the way and nothing was ever too much hassle for them. Staff went over and above at any given opportunity to make our planning process easier.

We handed all our personal touches over the night before and Sonya & Alex went out of their way to set all this up by staying late on a Friday night which we were so thankful for.

When we arrived at the venue on Sat, my expectations were blown our of the water! The room looked better than I ever imagined. The timings of the day ran so smoothly, there was no hanging around for our guests at all. Everything just went perfect!

The function space in this hotel is ideal for weddings. You have 3 rooms which all interconnect which meant that there was no turnaround in between ceremony/meal and reception. This is a huge advantage to most venues we looked at in the city centre. The other very big factor was that the hotel only takes 1 wedding per day, again unlike a lot of city venues who take 2 or 3 on the same day. This made us feel so special on the day to know I was the only Bride. We had the teams undivided attention and it really makes a difference to the service.

The dinner was amazing...food was delicious and hot! Guests are still commenting on their meal and the reception buffet. Plenty food, they certainly did not hold back. It was all piping hot, fresh and delicious!

The value for money from this hotel is truly exceptional!

We are so thankful to the whole team for all their hard work and giving us our dream wedding. It was a day we will most certainly never forget.
