Here at the beautiful Whirlow Brook Hall, we offer a traditional, luxury Sheffield wedding venue.

The Hall is situated within the 39 acres of stunning landscape gardens of Whirlow Brook Park, located on the on the Yorkshire and Derbyshire borders. The grounds create the perfect for those all imporant Wedding photographs.

The original manor house, boasting many original features while exuding contemporary elegance, beauty and styling. Our wonderful Oak Room is perfect for civil ceremonies, with our Garden Suite looking out over the gardens making it a spectacular space for the Wedding Breakfast.

Whirlow Brook Hall is perfect for all types of Weddings, whether you are looking fora lavish, fairytale Wedding or a smaller, more intimate affair for close friends and family. All of our Wedding's are fully bespoke to meet each couples individual needs.

At Whirlow Brook Hall, our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will be on hand to provide assistance every step of the way, from the moment you book to the big day itself.

We here at Whirlow Brook Hall have an exclusive booking policy, meaning that your guests will be the only people in the Hall on your special day. You will have use of the whole venue, including use of the Ready Room and Chill Out Room.

got married. Each staff member we interacted with (either by email, phone, or in person) was delightful and seemed genuinely interested in making our day special. For me (bride), it was fantastic to have staff around who were calm and able to listen to queries and help with things to ensure a smooth running of the day. They kept me informed of what was going on and the next things to happen without being overbearing and taking up any of my time or thoughts, so I could enjoy my day and feel relaxed, but still have oversight. I still can't believe how at ease and comfortable I felt on the day.

The venue itself was ideal for our day, allowing us to escape into the gardens for our photos without going too far. The food was delicious, and we had a LOT of feedback from our guests echoing this. WBH also made a point of accommodating dietary requirements, which meant that everyone was able to enjoy it!

Having grown up together in Sheffield, Dan and I quickly made up our minds about getting married here. To us, Whirlow Brook Hall is a legendary Sheffield wedding venue, and this really became clear in the planning as WBH and our vendors were able to work seamlessly together.

Also, it was a super lovely touch to be able to have our dog with us on the day!!!

The perfect venue for our special day, and the weather held out, which topped it off. Nothing was too much trouble for the Whirlow Brook Hall staff, and they made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day and evening. It just so happened that the England final was on our wedding day, the staff …

set up the projector and screen for us… which made our wedding day.
The only slight negative I would say is that throughout our wedding process (a year), we dealt with a number of different people every time we contacted them about something. It would’ve been nice if it were just one person to make communication easier. Annah, however, was fantastic, and it felt like she really cared. We had Sasha and Emma on the day of our wedding, and they were fantastic, too. Nothing was too much trouble for Sasha, and she was constantly talking to us, asking if everything was ok. Emma was nothing but reassuring prior to our ceremony, which settled both of our nerves. Again, a small negative was that we were told 10 taxis would be pre-booked for us at the end of the evening, but when it came to the end of the evening, only one taxi arrived for me and my wife. Sasha then had to call for more taxis at 12:45 am. Not ideal, but she sorted it for us.
We wouldn’t have changed a thing and loved our special day.

made us feel so important and completely supported every decision we made, it genuinely felt like our day, not just another wedding on their calendar.

On the day itself, Tom was our wedding coordinator, and he was absolutely amazing. He was always there when we needed him, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. His calm presence and attention to detail meant we could fully enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in great hands.

We’re so grateful to the entire team at Whirlowbrook Hall. They helped make our day completely unforgettable, and we would definitely recommend them.

What a fabulous venue for the smoothest wedding! The staff and coordinators were absolutely fabulous. Everything was handled professionally, friendly, and efficiently. Even things that we felt a bit unsure/stressed about were advised so helpfully and resolved.

As the bride and groom, we had not …

one stress or pressure. The venue was beautiful both inside and outside. It received many compliments from our guests. The wedding breakfast/meal was absolutely delicious, again receiving many compliments from our guests.

We used our bridesmaids' flower bouquets as the centrepieces for our tables, which meant that the coordinator had to whip these up and ready between our “I do” and meal… Jacqueline did a great job! It looked perfect.

Thank you so much to the team for all their help and for making sure we had the most perfect day. Annah was so helpful through the run-up to the wedding, which we really appreciated.

Could not recommend a better place!
