Set in two acres of beautifully landscaped walled gardens, our grade II Regency Townhouse, in the heart of Chipping Campden, makes for the perfect Cotswolds location at which to hold your Civil Ceremony and Wedding Reception.

Whatever your occasion, be it a small intimate Wedding or an Exclusive Use event we have the perfect place to make your dreams come true. The Beautiful function suite overlooking the gardens has the barn style with all the luxuries of the hotel. If you go for Vintage, Traditional, Contemporary, or a Theme, it will work in our events space.

We believe every wedding is indeed unique, we do not tell you what you can have but rather we would like to offer you what you want! whether you have the traditional sit-down meal, afternoon tea or the relaxed BBQ. We treat each wedding as a bespoke event and plan it with our brides and grooms from beginning to end, indeed even the planning should be an enjoyable and fun part of the wedding experience.

Right from our very first meeting at Cotswold House Hotel, we knew that it was the right venue for us.

Mandy, our coordinator, arrived armed with a printed brochure and a plethora of information. She was organised and thorough throughout the whole planning process, meeting with us as regularly …

as we wanted, and always being available by email to answer my many questions. She also was able to recommend fantastic local suppliers, like The Bay Tree Florist.

On the day, the staff were wonderful, even making sure we got to eat the canapés at the drinks reception after our formal photos were complete. So many of our guests commented on the food, saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had!

The venue itself is stunning, and fully air-conditioned - which was particularly important for us during an August heat wave. The gardens are a real selling point, especially for a summer wedding. We had our ceremony in The Fig, which was a selling point for me. I loved the natural light from the windows overlooking the garden, and the Georgian feel of the room. We then had our breakfast and reception in The Montrose Suite, which was the perfect size for our 60 guests. We stayed in one of the hot tub suites, which was ideal for bridal preparations, there was so much room downstairs for hair, makeup, and bridesmaids.

I'm so glad we chose Cotswold House Hotel for our wedding venue, it could not have been more perfect. We have the best memories, and photos from the day!

We had our wedding at Cotswold House Hotel & Spa on Saturday the 24th August and it was just perfect.

Mandy, the Wedding Coordinator, was absolutely fantastic, right from the day we viewed the venue up to the day itself. Mandy answered all our silly questions and couldn’t do more for us, …

nothing was too much trouble!

On the day, Mandy and all the staff were on hand first thing in the morning and it all ran like clockwork. The bar staff were very attentive and were complimented by all our guests, they are a credit to the hotel.

Every detail had been thought of and we were so pleased with how our day turned out. The gorgeous gardens made the perfect backdrop for our photographs, the hotel and village just speak for themselves.

We couldn’t recommend Mandy and Cotswold House Hotel & Spa enough for both weddings and a weekend away! We look forward to returning in the future!

perfectly. The credit for this goes to Mandy, who keeps everything calm and a watchful eye on everything, offering helpful advice during the planning stages and the day itself. The food was excellent (and plentiful!), and we were offered lots of choices so we could adapt our own menu.
