It still feels so surreal, even now over a week later! We honestly had the BEST day, it was everything we hoped it would be and more and we already want to relive it 100 times over!

I would also just like to highlight how absolutely phenomenal Freddie is! We only met her once in the run-up to the big day but that one meeting was enough to give us so much confidence that she’d make sure our day was amazing and that’s exactly what she did.

My hair and make-up people were almost an hour late so there was a lot of rushing and stressing going on and she made sure I was calm and had everything I needed, kept the registrars onside and also made sure we weren’t rushed and had time to get the photos that we wanted.

Freddie checked on us throughout the day and we always felt like it was exactly that- OUR DAY and we were so in control of the whole thing without having to do anything!

Thank you for everything and we can’t wait for our anniversary stay!

From the minute my husband and I arrived back in 2023, we knew instantly that this was the venue for us. The staff were all so very helpful from the minute we booked our first ever show round to the minute we left the venue the following morning as Mr and Mrs Top quality 5* service from everybody. …

Nothing was too much to ask for. Our honeymoon suite was outstanding. Needless to say (as probably most couples would agree) we didn’t get time to appreciate it properly as it was time to check out in no time at all but definitely a lovely touch and special place to spend the night and newly weds! Now let’s move on to the diamond of a new place…… Freddie, my god, that lady deserves every award and recognition under the sun. Freddie was our MC for the day, and she was absolutely outstanding- faultless! I met with her the night before for a brief introduction, and then from the minute I stepped foot in the bridal suite on the morning of the wedding, she was on hand to do absolutely anything I needed. She made sure I was okay and everything was going to plan, helping me out with time checks and ensuring everything was set up and ready to go for me, all whilst being very subtle. She walked me down to the ceremony room and really helped calm my nerves. She was amazing. She organized for all of my belongings to be moved from the bridal suite to the honeymoon suite, so everything awaited me at the end of the night - I felt like royalty! There are simply not enough words to describe our gratitude and appreciation for everything she did for us on the day. Freddie, honestly, you are an absolute delight, a true credit to New Place Hotel, and you completed our wedding. We will always be so very grateful for everything you did for us, and we can only hope someone is just as amazing for you as you were for us on your wedding day in the future!
