The wedding day how ever was something else, the entire Coniston team was just superb. They catered to our ever single need!! MELANIE ! omg this lady was amazing, but the entire staffing team- wow, actually cannot get over how much they did for us, everything was perfect. The wedding meal was just beautiful, all staff were amazing, rooms were spotless and everyone was super helpful and friendly.
Us and all of our guests travelled over 2 hours to this outstanding venue, it was definitely worth it. People are still raving about our wedding here, many planning to return to the venue as they stated it was “the most beautiful place” and the best wedding they had ever attended. No one could believe the quality of the wedding breakfast, even Gordon Ramsey couldn’t touch it.
We married by the lake, which was like something out of a fairytale- our pictures are to die for.
Our entire weekend was flawless, forever thankful to the Coniston team for giving us the best day ever!
We plan to return every year over our anniversary, thank you so much xxx the Mullens xxx

We started the week of our wedding checking into Fogga cottage. The accommodation was lovely, a large cottage with a hot tub. We loved having the lead up to the wedding at the Coniston, as the countdown to our big day was on. The cottage provided a home-from-home experience, and spending the night in the hot tub under the stars and watching all the fireworks on bonfire night was beautiful. The wedding team stayed in communication with us throughout the week, reassuring us when needed and making sure we knew what was happening.

The wedding day ran exactly as we had wished. The venue was perfect, the staff were amazing and all our guests had the best day. The food was incredible!

With a few extra nights at the Coniston after the wedding we used the spa facilities and had a massage which was perfect.

Again we would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Coniston and we are excited to come back yearly for our anniversary.

Emma, Mel, Jen, Katie, Issabelle and many others did such an incredible job for our wedding and we are so grateful.

The team did a great job of setting up the rooms for us with the decorations we had arranged and were able to make the last-minute changes we had to request on the morning of. They took the stress out of everything.

The ceremony room, orangery and wedding breakfast room are all lovely (even before the decorations).

Coniston is a beautiful venue with stunning views from all areas of the estate. We really couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque venue and a better wedding team to host the best day of our lives.

My wife and I, along with all our guests had a wonderful day and night followed by a lovely morning at Coniston Hotel.

Also worth noting that the DJ Coniston use was great. Mitch was pleasant to deal with and really easy to get on with and did a great job in the evening.

We would strongly recommend Coniston to anyone wanting to get married, host a celebration or even just go for a stay.

We’re looking forward to our next visit and our first anniversary where we will be coming back for sure.
