You can choose between having a church wedding or holding your wedding ceremony with us. We are able to seat up to 100 guests in our Chapel Suite for your ceremony before enjoying your wedding breakfast and evening reception in either our Windmill or Pickford Suites

our wedding coordinator, who was an absolute superstar. Kerry was calm, professional, and totally committed to making our day perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble—she genuinely cared about the little things that made the day feel personal to us.

The venue itself is beautiful, with a stunning setting and facilities that impressed all our guests. The ceremony room was elegant, the food was delicious, and the whole day flowed effortlessly—thanks to the organisation and behind-the-scenes work of the incredible staff.

We’ve had so many compliments from friends and family saying it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended—and we couldn’t agree more. It was everything we hoped for and more.

We are blown away by the fantastic venue that we chose for our wedding.

The place is beautiful, the staff were impeccable. Kerry particularly was so helpful and reassuring throughout our planning.

Everything ran smoothly on the day and all of our guests praised the rooms and service.

was outstanding from our wedding breakfast, to evening BBQ and even the buffet breakfast the next morning.

We knew from the first tour around the Windmill Village that this was the place for us to have our wedding. Staff were so warm and friendly and very accommodating to our vision for the day.
Even when it came to the food tasting, we couldn’t attend the main event so the team were flexible and …

gave us another date where we were also available to meet the chef, who also took great interest in our day.
The bridal retreat was something that my bridesmaids and hairstylist/makeup artist had not heard of before and were in awe of what a great set up it was. It was an ideal place to get ready and the staff were attentive in ensuring that we were stocked up with tea/coffee/refreshments.
We have been inundated with compliments about how great our day was and how seamless everything worked at the hotel, all staff worked so hard to make our day so perfect! From the front of house staff with a friendly welcome, to the housekeeping staff who helped put my dress and flowers in the room, to the operations team who worked so hard from start to finish, to the bar staff who didn’t stop all day, you all made our day the very best it could be.
A special thank you to Kerry, for being the calm and composed wedding executive that we needed! Your reliable communication and listening ear went above and beyond what we could ever imagine!
We cannot recommend The Windmill Village Hotel enough, they stop at nothing to ensure that your day is the exact vision that you have in mind.

We booked our wedding one year in advance, and after looking at multiple venues, we both knew that the Windmill Village Hotel was the one. The staff were very friendly. Although we had a few miscommunications towards the end due to a staff member leaving, Natalie came to our rescue and put us right …

at ease again. She was professional and helped us organise our day.

We stayed the night before, as we had family coming from afar, and it was lovely and relaxing, even though there were many of us. On the morning of the wedding, Adrian came and introduced himself to me (the bride), explaining the time frames and all the details. He made sure everything was perfect in the bridal suite while we were getting ready.

The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and Adrian ensured everything went smoothly—I cannot praise him enough. He is absolutely fantastic at his job, and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else. The food was absolutely beautiful, and everyone really enjoyed their meals. The staff were friendly and worked really hard. The DJ was amazing, playing a little bit of everything, and my legs are still hurting from dancing the night away!

I would highly recommend getting married at the Windmill Village Hotel. We are so grateful and cannot wait to return for our one-year anniversary next year.

Robert has been amazing throughout the wedding planning right up to our wedding date.
He has been very friendly, approachable, knowledgable and detailed.

The only thing that I would mention is the retreat room didn't have any drinks on the wedding day.
