Ceremony and Reception Rooms
The traditional Drawing room or our Sunken Lawn accommodates up to 100 guests for your ceremony, with the beautiful Signatures lounge or Sunken Lawn available for the reception drinks after your ceremony.
The Garden Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast and then up to 200 for your evening reception.
Our Bedrooms and Suites
We have 40 bedrooms; 16 elegant and spacious rooms and suites in the meticulously restored historic house, and 24 rooms and suites with delightful views over the gardens and parkland in the contemporary garden wing. We can offer special rates.

The ceremony room was stunning and made for the most incredible photos. I was originally a bit unsure about how the reception room would look for our wedding, as I was worried it would look corporate, but I should not have worried, as once decorated, it looked stunning! Everyone commented on how incredible the food was, from the canapes to the pizza buffet in the evening.
We felt truly important and looked after throughout the process and the day. We had a lot of comments from guests to say this was the best wedding they have ever been to! It was so lovely that we had lots of friends and family stay in the hotel on the night of the wedding too, and we could extend the wedding out over a couple of days! The bridal suite we stayed in the night of and Lorraine the night before was so luxurious with windows overlooking the grounds (it also looked great in the getting ready photos), and stunning as were the guest rooms where the groom stayed the night before, and every guest left with a smile on their face. The package offered now is fantastic- we got lots of compliments on the food and DJ/ entertainment.
We don't have any criticisms, the day was perfect for us. Pheobe was a dream co-ordinator, and while we were disappointed we didn't get to see her on the day, Louise, Samm, and the rest of the team absolutely knocked it out of the park.
The main comment we have had since is 'it was very you, and the most laid back, fun wedding we've been to', and a large part of that was because of how amazing the staff and venue were. Thank you for allowing us to have such a special and unique day for us, including our Star Wars guests! Since changing venues, the whole process has felt effortless and a total joy; all of our messages were answered quickly and thoroughly, with the opportunity to meet, as an anxious couple who were not treated well previously, this meant so much. We are so beyond grateful and lucky to have got the venue of our dreams last minute and can't wait to visit again and for future Anniversaries.
