Freddie is absolutely brilliant, everything we needed she did. No question was too big or small! She is impeccable! Throughout the day, she ensured everything was perfect!

I could not recommend New Place more! When we first visited, we were blown away by how beautiful the place is! And now we have had our wedding there, it will always be a very special place to us! We will definitely be back to stay!

We first thought of New Place Hotel as our venue when we met them at a wedding fayre. They had everything we were looking for and more. Once we had confirmed our date, we discovered a few friends and colleagues had also been married at New Place so I knew we were in good hands. Lots of opportunities …

to discuss with your wedding coordinator for all the details of the day. We liked that we could have a taste of the food a few months before picking our menu and that we could attend a wedding fayre held at new place to get a real sense of what our day could be. Poppy had taken over as our coordinator quite close to the day and was very kind when I was a little overwhelmed. Freddie and the team on the day did a fantastic job with last minute issues and really made us feel that nothing was too much trouble! The day went very smoothly and everyone loved the beautiful venue and that they could stay overnight. Lots of the vendors knew New Place well so that took the pressure off. Would recommend :)

We had the pleasure of getting married at New Place Hotel in October! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings at the venue, we just knew it would be the perfect backdrop for our special day.

Jacinta. She was a total lifesaver! From the very beginning, Jacinta was so friendly and welcoming. She helped us navigate the planning process, especially when we had to change venues just six months before the wedding. Talk about stress! But Jacinta was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly and that we felt comfortable.

On the big day, Freddie took the reins, and she was simply fantastic! She was always around to help with anything we needed, and her cheerful presence made everything feel so relaxed. Freddie went the extra mile to check in on us and our guests, ensuring that everyone was having a great time. We truly couldn't have asked for better support!

The venue itself was breathtaking and we got some amazing photos!! We held our ceremony in the beautiful dining room. The Arden suite is great with it being separate from the main building as we had so much privacy and plenty of space for all our friends and family. So many guests commented on how lovely the place was.

The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about the menu, and the service was spot-on. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, which made everything feel just right.

Reflecting on our wedding day, we are so grateful to Jacinta, Freddie, and the whole team at New Place Hotel for making our dream wedding come true. We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work!

We’re already counting down the days until our anniversary stay because we just can’t wait to come back!
