It was a enjoyable evening and also the room looked amazing
We did however had a couple of complaints
- We weren't in the bridal suite. Or not the one we were shown. The room we were shown was 101 however we were in room 103 …

- there wasn't any sparkling wine in the room which we had paid for in when booking
- we were told at 11.55 pm that we needed to have the room tidied away and cleared of all our things before 12. Obviously this was a bit of a shock and when I asked the bar staff I got 2 different answers (one saying it didn't need to clear and one saying I did) however when we spoke to more senior staff they weren't aware that the room needed clearing that night either.
As I am sure you aware this was a massive shock and a bit of a issue as most of the guests had gone by this point. This meant that instead of spending time with my new wife I had to spend a hour clearing the room and it put me in a less than happy mood for my wedding night.
Apart from these issues I was more than happy with the service, however these points did add some
disappointment and unneeded stress to the day.

We also have to say, that they offer us a very good wedding package, we got a good price for the quantity and great quality of the food and beverages that was served on the wedding reception. Also the decoration of the banquet saloon was flawless. For both of us the day was a great day, all of our guest had a fantastic day and the staff that took part on our reception all were very professional and always had a friendly smile.
On behalf of both of us we just have to say, thank you so much to all the great people at the Three Swans Hotel for making our wedding day an unforgettable day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a beautiful and fantastic wedding day experience.
Regards;
Simona and Persio Rodriguez
