Suffolk is a historic county in East Anglia on the east coast of England. Lowestoft in Suffolk is the UK’s most easterly point. Scattered with rural towns and villages set in idyllic countryside, you’ll find water meadows and water mills along the River Stour to the south, and medieval communities in the west - places that served as the location for the two Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows movies. This landscape has hidden treasure in one of the most significant archaeological finds in Britain at Sutton Hoo. Much of the county has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A county famous for classical music, it was the home to Benjamin Britten, artists John Constable and Thomas Gainsborough, writer George Orwell and is the current home of singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran.
